Wife-type took a sourdough class a few weeks back and she’s been making all the things ever since. We’ve had bread, of course, in a variety of shapes, but also rye bread, crackers, and today we’re making bagels. She put the dough together last night and I got up and turned them into little rings this morning. Another hour and we start boiling and baking.
