Wife-type took a sourdough class a few weeks back and she’s been making all the things ever since. We’ve had bread, of course, in a variety of shapes, but also rye bread, crackers, and today we’re making bagels. She put the dough together last night and I got up and turned them into little rings this morning. Another hour and we start boiling and baking.
The two at the top left are the first two I’ve ever shaped, as should be obvious. I got a little better toward the end…
